If you do not agree to these terms, we kindly ask you to not proceed with any purchases or engagements on our platform. These terms protect both our company and our clients for a fair and transparent service experience.
2. Scope of Services
We provide global SEO services including Silver, Gold, Platinum, Elite, and Diamond packages. Each plan includes defined deliverables like on-page optimization, technical SEO, backlink building, and audits. Additional services like custom reports, graphics, or content writing may also be offered depending on the chosen plan. These services are fully described on the Codeitmantra.com packages page.
3. SEO Requires Time
SEO is not instant. It’s a long-term process that typically takes 3–6 months to show measurable results. We follow ethical, white-hat practices to ensure your website ranks well without risk of penalties. Any realistic target will be mentioned in your chosen package, and we aim to deliver improvements as soon as possible while maintaining quality standards.
4. Payment Terms
All packages must be paid in advance. This includes both lump-sum and monthly plans. Timely payment helps us allocate resources and avoid workflow gaps. If payment is delayed for over 7 days, services will be paused and a notice will be emailed. We will not be held responsible for performance drops during non-payment periods.
5. Result Commitment
When we commit a target and the payment terms are followed correctly, if we fail to deliver within the agreed time, we will continue working free of charge until the goal is met. This policy is designed to build trust and provide value to our customers. However, external factors like algorithm updates or client-side delays can affect timelines.
6. Reporting & Transparency
We provide regular updates through Google Sheets which are accessible 24/7. This includes updates on backlinks, content, fixes, and traffic insights. You’ll always have a clear idea of what’s being done. This system ensures complete transparency and allows clients to stay informed without needing to follow up frequently.
7. Ownership & Confidentiality
All the work we perform — including backlinks, content, and improvements — becomes the property of the client once payment is completed. However, our internal SEO tools, research methods, and frameworks remain the property of Codeit Mantra and should not be shared or reused without permission.
8. Updates to Terms
We may revise these terms periodically. Any updates will be posted on this page. If you continue using our services after such changes, it means you agree to the updated terms. Clients are encouraged to revisit this section occasionally to remain informed of any modifications.
